We figured it was just a fling when we saw the photo of Justin Bieber kissing Hailey Baldwin on New Year's Eve.
We thought things might be getting serious when Hailey made Justin "look like a douche bag" while they were on vacation together in the Virgin Islands. Now, sources say the young hookup partners want the world to know that they're an item:
According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, Justin and Hailey have been spending time together at various spots in LA where they know there's a good chance of getting papped.
Along with the photos of one another that they've been sharing on social media, the casual appearances at pap-friendly establishments seems to be an unofficial way of making it official.
Of course, if this is really a relationship, it's a very new one.
While Justin and Hailey have taken intimate photos together in the past, New Year's was the first time that we saw then appearing to be be anything more than friends with benefits.
Hopefully, Hailey has learned from Kourtney Kardashian's example and isn't expecting anything too long-term from her fling with the Biebs.
In fact, it might be a good idea to keep "Sorry" cued up on iTunes, just so she can get something resembling an apology from Justin when he inevitably stops responding to her texts.
