Here's a new twist to the ongoing Justin Bieber-Selena Gomez saga: A tabloid report claims they broke up after she found out he was cheating on her.
With Rihanna.
"It has devastated her," a friend of Selena and Justin's tells celebrity gossip magazine Life & Style, which broke the almost certainly bogus story this week.
"It really cut like a knife because it happened in February of 2011, when Selena and Justin had been dating for months and were falling in love."
"It's caused Selena to question their entire relationship."
We can only imagine ... if it were actually the case.
What allegedly went down? L&S claims that after flirting at a basketball game in L.A. in February 2011, Justin Bieber and Rihanna hooked up.
This would've made Rihanna a statutory rapist at the time, as she's six years older than Bieber and he was only 16. Just some food for thought.
Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez began dating in late 2010, and lasted for about two years, until this piece of information supposedly got out.
Once Selena learned what Justin did, she couldn't trust him and broke it off. "Selena thinks maybe they've been hooking up all along," the pal said.
Doubtful. Chris Brown would've put him in the hospital.
Another source claims Rihanna and Justin Bieber may have slapped bodies as recently as last November at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.
"During breaks, they'd sneak away to the Hotel Giraffe," the insider dished. "They were alone ... their security made sure of it. [They] blocked off the entire floor."
A rep for Justin denies he ever touched Rihanna, but the friend says, "Justin would never admit to it; he would never tell anyone he messed around."
