Courtney Love turns 50 next month, and while her life has been a rollercoaster ride of ups and downs and highs and...more highs, somehow she's reached the half-decade mark looking no worse for wear.

As for how it's possible that Love is in this good of a shape after the life she's lived, your guess is as good as ours.

Despite not recording any new music or...really doing anything else newsworthy in the past decade or so, Love has managed to make headlines recently, though not always for the best reasons.
Earlier this week, Lana Del Rey said Love is her "inspiration" and Courtney must've really enjoyed hearing that she's still so relevant to the world of modern music.
Prior to that, however, Love's father accused her of murdering Kurt Cobain. We're guessing that one didn't feel as good.
But however you feel about her, there's no denying that Courtney is doing something right. (Deal with the Devil? Yeah, that's gotta be it.)
We wish her the best and hope she hangs on for another 50 years. Just maybe skip the swimsuit seflies once you're creeping up on triple digits, okay?
