Dance Moms star Abby Lee Miller is being sued by Paige Hyland for causing her panic attacks and extreme anxiety as a result of mistreatment on the show.
Paige is not one of the Dance Moms, mind you ... she's a 13-year-old student!
In her new lawsuit, Paige alleges that Miller was not only emotionally abusive but would physically hurt dancers, sometimes pinching them until they bled.
Paige, the daughter of Abby's nemesis Kelly Hyland, says she feared being legitimately assaulted, having seen Miller actually attack others on the set.
According to the younger Hyland, Abby Lee's goal is to make the girls cry.
That we know, because we watch Dance Moms online. It's obvious. But it's worse than tough love motivation, Paige says. This is full on abuse and evilness.
Deriding them for being emotionally pathetic, calling them names, insulting their appearances and taking bullying to new lows with her abhorrent behavior.
She reigns with tyrannical cruelty, instilling a culture of abuse and fear.
Paige claims she was worked like a servant under Miller's tutelage, forced to put in 60 hour weeks and 12 hour days just to meet her teacher's demands.
Miller, as we learned from Dance Moms Season 4 Episode 32, has become a bona fide star thanks to Lifetime and is even moving to L.A. next season.
It's all a bit much to take for the families whose children the ruthless egomaniac has used and abused to get to the top, at least according to Hyland.
Her family says it's not doing this to cash in or to spite Miller, though.
Paige's lawyer, Michael Shapiro, says "I'm not looking to make a lot of money off this. I think what Miller has done to the kids is intolerable and has got to stop."
"It's the most repugnant case I've been involved with in 49 years."
Kelly Hyland is currently suing as well, alleging that Abby Lee Miller is a bully (no argument there) and that she screwed up her kid mentally on Dance Moms.
Lifetime has filed to dismiss that lawsuit, adamantly denying Kelly's claims. It's clear this is headed for court, though, because they do not like each other.
