Thursday night on The Biggest Loser Season 16 Episode 7, the team members were presented with a involved a unique challenge involving a swimming pool.

The twist on The Biggest Loser Season 16 Episode 7 was to hold a percentage of their body weight in order to keep their trainers from falling into a pool.
If the trainer fell, they were out of commission for the week, which would have a dramatic impact on the sports stars looking to recapture their Glory Days.
The Blue Team wins this challenge and thus keeps Jessie with them the whole week, while the White and Red Teams are left to their own devices.
That's not to say they're throwing in the towel. Scott and Rob, having failed to pull their weight (literally), are out to make sure it doesn't cost them.
Jen is back with the White Team and is pushing them hard, while Scott has become the leader of his unit and is doing all he can to step up for them.
Jessie is pushing his charges as well, so it will come down to the weigh-in to see if having him around served the purpose the challenge was designed for.
First up is the Red Team: Rob has lost 9 pounds, Jordan 7, Scott 7 and Blake 5. Some of the team members are happier about this than others.
On the Blue Team, Lori has shed 5 pounds this week, Damien 5 and Jackie 2. For the White Team, JJ is down 7, Woody and Toma 4, and Rondalee 2.
It comes down to Sonya, who must lose 4 pounds to keep her squad safe, and she blows by that with a 6 pound loss to deal the Blue Team a defeat.
Jackie will be going home as a result ... or at least to Comeback Canyon, where she will have one last chance to fight for the glory she wants back.
If you watch The Biggest Loser online, this is often the best part, where they end up there instead of at the airport. But now it's really do or die for Jackie.
She'll face off against Gina, who edged Matt to remain at the Canyon. Matt is gone for good, but so are 114 pounds that he once carried around.
Best denouement of all? He proposed to his girlfriend at the waterfall she always wanted to see but he couldn't because of his weight. So awesome.
