Possibly in an effort to distract from the controversy surrounding Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald getting caught having sex at their own wedding reception, the 19 Kids and Counting clan has decided to branch out into the world of music:
Jessa Duggar took a break from posting photos of Derick Dillard n order to promote the above clip on her Instagram page.
It features four of her brothers and several members of the Duggar-affiliated Bates family lip-syncing to Lawson Bates' Christian bluegrass ditty "Happiness."
Bates is a young country star who also has 18 siblings. He recently released a collection of songs entitled Freedom Sure Ain't Free, not to be confused with "Freedom Isn't Free" from Team America: World Police:
It's a catchy tune, and were it not for the faith-based lyrics, the Duggar Boys could easily skyrocket to Mumfod-esque levels of hipster fame simply by lip-syncing Lawson's songs.
Hey, maybe they could break free with Jinger Duggar and set up shop in a Brooklyn loft!
Jinger makes bug-eyes at the camera. She may be the quirkiest Duggar.
Of course, they might have to start plugging in their instruments so that as to better convince audiences that they're actually playing them.
Anyway, we're excited that this video is credited to Duggar Studios. Does this mean we have more videos to look forward to? The Duggar Boys could be the fist rock band with dozens of kids that they actually acknowledge!
