Because Hemsworth is totally dating Jennifer Lawrence!!!!!
Hemsworth and Lawrence, of course, portray Gale and Katniss, respectively, in The Hunger Games and they've grown very close while filming over the years.
Over the summer, J. Law even gushed and gushed to Nylon Magazine about her Australian co-star.
"I would never expect to ever have a man this good-looking ever be my best friend," she said about Liam. "He's the most wonderful, lovable, family-oriented, sweet, hilarious, amazing guy. He actually taught me how to be fair and to stand up for myself."
But have the two really taken things to "another level," as an anonymous insider alleges to this tabloid?
Going on about some heart to heart the celebrities supposedly had in Liam's German hotel room while promoting Mockingjay - Part 1, the cover story reads:
"It was as if she suddenly knew he was The One. And Liam obviously felt it, too, because they decided then and there that they wanted to be together."
Hemsworth, of course, is best known (romantically) for having been engaged to Miley Cyrus.
Lawrence, meanwhile, dated Nicholas Hoult for many years and then moved on to Chris Martin.
It is true that both are now single, but it's also true that we're adding this story to our following list of hilarious tabloid reports (Selena Gomez is pregnant! Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are divorcing!).
Because... come on now.
