Rumors of Kourtney Kardashian begging Scott Disick to get help for his increasingly troubling drinking and prescription pill habits have been confirmed by all the ugly blowout fights we've seen so far on Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons.
So far this season, we've seen Kourtney kick Scott out of the house as a result of his partying, as well as Disick being hospitalized for alcohol poisoning.
If anything, the show has made fans realize that Scott's problems are worse than previously thought, and even the Kardashians wouldn't go so far as to fake a storyline like this for ratings (we hope).
So perhaps it's not surprising that on Sunday's Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons Season 1 Episode 4, we learn that Scott has finally checked himself in to rehab:
Yet again, Kourtney earns her reputation as the sane, level-headed Kardashian by quietly standing by her man and breaking the news to her mother in the most casual way possible.
She is loyal, that's for sure. But to a fault?
Sadly, if recent reports of Scott drinking at Kris Jenner's birthday party are to be believed, the troubled Lord Disick still has a long way to go in his recovery.
Even so, it could be a good sign that the soon-to-be father of three at least recognizes he has a problem and understands that he can't fix it on his own.
That's the optimistic view of it, anyway.
