In Pasadena, Raj, Howard, and Leonard are cleaning out the late Professor Abbott's office and come across a champagne bottle that Abbott's mom gave him five decades ago, with the aim of opening it upon his first big discovery.
The men make a pact to open the bottle once they make a big discovery… until Sheldon uses the champagne to celebrate his own success: the return of Fun With Flags.
