On The Voice Season 7 Episode 13, another group of aspiring singing sensations sought to lay everything on the line and advance to the live playoffs.
Who kept their dreams alive and who's headed home after Monday?
Allison Bray vs. Taylor Brashears (Team Blake)
Bray's cover of Dixie Chicks' "Sin Wagon" against Brashears' take on Fleetwood Mac's "Landslide" gave Blake a tough call in this country girl showdown.
It came down to preference, as Pharrell said, with Brashears' control and Bray's stage presence both strong. In the end, Shelton picked Brashears.
Winner: Taylor Brashears!
Ryan Sill vs. Beth Spangler (Team Gwen)
Sill gave it his all on Ne-Yo's "Miss Independent," while Beth certainly put everything into a spirited rendition of JoJo's hit single "Too Little Too Late."
Ryan's tone and command gave him the leg up, and Stefani went with him after he showed enough style, substance and potential to oust Beth.
Winner: Ryan Sill!
Menlik Zergabachew vs. Jean Kelley (Team Pharrell)
Both stolen contestants originally from Team Gwen gave it their all, with Jean on Sia's "Chandelier" and Menlik on Bob Marley's "Could You Be Loved."
Kelley's theatrics and emotive performance stood out over Zergabachew's coolness and grandfather clock style (as Blake put it), getting her the nod.
Winner: Jean Kelley!
Blessing Offor vs. Chris Jamison (Team Adam)
Blessing looked to go outside the box with John Mayer's "Your Body Is a Wonderland." Ditto Jason with the classic "Sitting on the Dock of the Bay."
Jamison's modern take on the Otis Redding hit was enough to propel him forward in the mind Levine, who selected him to move on to the playoffs.
Winner: Chris Jamison!
Looking for a ticket to the live shows, Jean Kelley pours herself into Sia's "Chandelier."
Grant Ganzer vs. Reagan James (Team Blake)
Ganzer chose OneRepublic's "Apologize" as James performed Blu Cantrell's "Hit 'Em Up Style," a track that showed off just enough swag to triumph.
Winner: Reagan James!
Anita Antoinette vs. Craig Wayne Boyd (Team Gwen)
Antoinette's reggae style was a great fit for the currently ubiquitous hit song "Rude," while Boyd took on Marshall Tucker Band's "Can't You See."
Levine said that Antoinette "has arrived, finally," and prevailed, but Shelton was drawn to the effort by Boyd and brought him back into the fold!
Winner: Anita Antoinette!
