Thursday night on The Biggest Loser Season 16 Episode 14, the contestants discussed resolutions, fittingly for an installment airing on New Year's Day.
These former athletic stars didn't need to see calendar reading January 1 to make changes, though. They went all-in months ago, and boy does it show.
Every week, the results become more impressive, but not just on the scale. The constants' resolve, determination and outlook on life is a sight to behold.

Comeback Canyon Weigh In:
- Scott: 251-9 = 242 / 3.59%
- Jordan: 227-8= 219 / 3.52%
Edged by a whisker, Jordan is out, but holding his head high and looking forward to seeing his family, the ultimate silver lining in falling just short on TBL.
The Biggest Loser Ranch Weigh In:
- Toma: 225-8 = 217 / 3.56%
- Sonya: 183-5 = 178 / 2.73%
- Rob: 338-6 = 332 / 1.78%
- Lori: 230-4 = 226 / 1.74%
- Woody: 294-3 = 291 /1.02%
This one wasn't quite as close, as Woody was eliminated. He is the loser of this week's competition, but he also lost a ton of weight on the show after all.
Thus, he is willing at life. Also, he is now at Comeback Canyon, so perhaps his time to return home for his second chance at life hasn't come just yet.
