Kim Richards has been arrested in Beverly Hills.
According to TMZ insiders, the reality star was chilling at the Polo Lounge inside the Beverly Hills Hotel early this morning when she was asked to leave because she was acting drunk and "unruly."
Those who watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills online, of course, are familiar with Kim's drinking problems over the years.
Richards reportedly entered the bathroom after being ordered to leave the restaurant and refused to come out, prompting a call to the police.
When authorities arrived, Kim was belligerent and slurring her words.
She was then transpired to a nearby jail… where she proceeded to KICK A POLICE OFFICER.
Kim Richards was subsequently charged with trespass, resisting arrest, battery on a police officer and being drunk in public.
She was issued a citation and released after an unknown period of time at the police station.
Kim was accused multiple times this season of falling off the wagon.
But she has maintained that she's taken nothing but pain pills, lashing out at Lisa Rinna when her co-star accused of her drinking a few weeks ago on air.
Richards won't have much of a defense to make after this incident, however. Let's hope it leads her on a path to recovery.
