What midseason finale? Abby Lee Miller & Co. are already back with the first of two special installments on Dance Moms Season 5 Episode 20.
The Lifetime firebrand and her charges flew to Australia to take part in the ASTRA Awards, and naturally, ran into some major complications.
Miller lost her passport, and unfortunately as a result, the ALDC group was without her in Sydney for a good chuck of the crucial festivities.
Also unfortunately, she resolved the issue and will be allowed back in the U.S. We almost got rid of her for good! So close ... Kidding. Sorta.
We also saw JoJo Siwa's mom Jessica confront some of the other Dance Moms about a video taken at a meet and greet over in Ireland.
Neither JoJo or Nia Frazier were present for this, and it appears there was major smack talk behind their backs, with JoJo the primary target.
Meanwhile, Maddie Ziegler scheduled an interview that meant she would miss an important rehearsal for the group, causing more tension.
When Abby does show up in curlers to rip the girls' rehearsal to shreds, not everyone there is appreciative of her harsh feedback. Shocker.
The ALDC is showing signs of cracking, that's for sure. But could they pull it together in time to salvage their journey to the land down under?
