And for good reason: the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star claims she lost FOUR INCHES off her waist simply by following the unethical lead of Kim Kardashian and others who espouse waist training.
This is when celebrities get paid to shill for products that do not work in order to milk money out of their hard-working fans.
"Sooooo I made a video since most of you think I photoshop my pics! I don't cause I don't need to!" Zolciak wrote as a caption to this footage.
"I have horrible posture (carrying the twins did me in) and it really helps that too at least for me.
"I recommend the waist trainer because it works so well for me and I like to share with you guys what products I love since there are so many out there!"
And also because she gets paid to do so.
Zolciak, who has undergone a boob job and Botox, loves to show off her body and pretend as if it's all naturally her.

It can also cause problems with blood clots, and in more serious cases, it can harm the spleen and cause issues with kidneys.
