And a red carpet. And a special treat station. And whatever else makes a canine happy. Indeed: according to TMZ, Ray J has scheduled a lavish birthday party for his dog, a Maltese named Boogotti. The price tag for the animal-based shindig will be $30,000 and it will take place at the Petrock Hotel and Spa in Encino, California. And here's the kicker: Princess Love is NOT invited. Ray and Princess have tried to work out their relationship problems, but it's been a tough road ever since Princess tried to steal Boogotti last October during an epic argument. The two made up since then, but are once again on the outs.
