Ben Higgins will be the next Bachelor on ABC.
This casting was rumored for weeks before the network and the man himself finally made it official in August.
And now Bachelor creator Mike Fleiss has gone ahead and officially caused millions of women around the country to cry all the years and scream all the screams.
Because he just shared a picture of Higgins holding a baby.
"The Bens on night one!!!" Fleiss captioned image, which apparently was snapped when Higgins took a break from juggling 25 desperate women on his first evening of being The Bachelor.
The fortunate very young man in Ben's arms is Fleiss' fairly new son, also named Ben.
Higgins,a 27-year old software salesman, will become the 21st person to try and find a spouse on this popular reality show. Very few have been successful in the long run.
"I never thought I'd be in [this] situation," Ben recently told E! News of dating so many females at once.
"I'm nervous to meet the women that take some time out of their life to come hang out with me."
