WARNING: We are about to spoil the biggest takeaway from How to Get Away with Murder Season 2 Episode 1.
Here we go: Bonnie did it. She explained how "bad things" happened to her, but how she got over them and Rebecca did not. She also didn't believe that Rebecca's wasn't behind Lila's death.
But might that not have even been the biggest season premiere shocker?
Annalise spent half the time trying to undermine a rival firm in the defense of a brother and sister accused of killing their adoptive parents.
She does, indeed, land the case, which leads to an eerie scene of the girl cooking up an oil twin painting of her dead parents and then - two months later - of gunfire from the estate an a shot of Wes fleeing the scene.
And then there's a shot of Annalise, bleeding on the floor, gasping for breath. There's your mystery for the next 15 weeks, people.
Famke Janssen also stopped by the opener as Eve, a former college friend of Annalise's. But there's clearly a great deal of tension in this relationship because the two used to be lovers in law school.
Yes, you read that correctly. Annalise then left Eve for Sam.
So, why is Eve back in the picture now? Because Annalise had given her number to Nate.
Eventually, things get cozy once again between Eve and Annalise (yes, that kind of cozy) and Eve agrees to represent the man Annalise has set up to take the hit for Sam's murder.
At the conclusion of the premiere, Annalise takes her core four students out to an underground nightclub. Is she trying to seduce Wes? To act like a mother figure? Either way, he now believes Rebecca is alive and just choosing to stay away.
Also: Connor has moved in with Oliver… we don't know what Michaela has done with her engagement ring… and Asher is working with the prosecutors to bring Annalise down.
Yes, that was a lot to take in for one hour of television.
