Horse-Drawn Chariot Car: Spotted on the Highway! Sep 16th 2015, 11:05, by Hilton Hater Well, it's official: Now we've seen everything. And we're not just saying this because someone has chosen to date Scott Disick for some reason. We're saying it because a motorist captured footage in Hillsborough, North Carolina of some dude dressed as a Roman soldier, driving some kind of car made up to look like a horse-drawn chariot. And speeding along the highway as he did so! We have no idea why. We have no further details to offer. But check out this cellphone footage now and be as amazed by it as we are.
