Nick Viall is shooting down rumors that he had an awkward run-in with Andi Dorfman at N.Y. Fashion Week ... and he may have a top-tier alibi.

Tuesday, Viall was spotted with a girl not named Andi Dorfman or Kaitlyn Bristowe, who dumped him on successive finales of The Bachelorette.
He and model Kelly Thomas stepped out at several NYFW events, and while they've only known each other for a month, they sure looked close.
Both are signed with the Wilhelmina modeling agency, and Viall says they met through the mutual connection. "It just kind of happened," he tells ET.
Meanwhile, Nick Viall denies reports that he and Dorfman ran into each other - and awkwardly - at Fashion Week, saying that's just not the case.
He doesn't talk to her or follow her on social media, Nick insists, so he no idea the two would be attending the same Badgley Mischka event.
Either way, he didn't see her.
"I didn't even know she was there," Nick says of the woman he made love to. "We didn't run into each other. We weren't even by each other."
As far as he's concerned, the two are amicable, albeit not close, and he would have said hi to her if he saw her, but that's it. And he didn't.
The Andi rumor was sparked in part by the fact that he couldn't let it go when she dumped him for Josh Murray ... and by his own tweets.
"I miss you so much it hurts sometimes," he wrote that very same day, though this was actually a reference to the classic sitcom Scrubs.
"Its come to my attention that not enough people have watched scrubs," he wrote two days later, calling the whole thing an "inside joke."
That "really is the best line ever," he said. "It certainly had nothing to do with Andi or Kaitlyn [Bristowe] or any other girl," Viall explains.
