The superstar took center stage on The Today Show and caused attendees to nearly scream their lungs entirely put by singing a rendition of his latest hit, "What Do You Mean?" Bieber also chatted for a bit with host Matt Lauer, commenting on his turbulent last year or so and what it’s like to now be back in the spotlight. “I think life throws you in places you never expected. And I think I’m just a young man trying to figure it out like everyone else," Justin said.
