According to a new report, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills producers have sent a simple and short message to Kathryn Edwards.
And it goes something like this:
Don't let the door hit you on the way out!
Indeed, following just one season on the Bravo hit, Edwards has been asked not to return.
An insider has confirmed this rumor to Us Weekly, saying that the wife of retired NFL linebacker Donnie Edwards - who was a friend of Lisa Rinna's prior to joining the series - just wasn't entertaining enough for viewers.
She made her debut in a January episode.
This piece of casting news comes on the heels of talk that Sydney Holland may be coming on board The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for Season 7.
She is the serious ex-girlfriend of studio executive Sumner Redstone.
Edwards, a former model, is not the first Real Housewife to axed from program after just one season.
She joins a dismissed group that also includes Joyce Giraud and Carlton Gebbia, who both were let go after Season 4.
Those who watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills online saw Edwards involved in fights this past year with Erika Girardi and Faye Resnick.
The latter wrote in her 1994 book, "Nicole Brown Simpson: The Private Diary of a Life Interrupted," that Kathryn's ex-husband, Marcus Allen, carried an affair with the late Nicole Brown Simpson... and that Kathryn turned a "blind eye" to the relationship.
Yes, somehow it all comes back to O.J. Simpson on this show. Shudder.
In her final season 6 Bravo blog entry, published on May 3, Kathryn said that she enjoyed her run on the series.
"I've had fun and have made some valued friendships," she wrote at the time, going on to praise the show's fans:
"I've enjoyed meeting a lot of people who have approached me while I'm out and about, and I've taken so much from the people who have shared their stories that parallel my own."
Bravo is yet to comment on Edwards' alleged firing.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, meanwhile, will likely return some time in early 2017.
