Michael Phelps, Megan Rossee Make Red Carpet Debut! Aug 7th 2012, 11:48 Michael Phelps stepped out with Megan Rossee on his arm last night in London. The newly-retired Olympic swimming legend, whose work in these games (and all future games) is done, made his red carpet debut with his very pretty, newly-revealed girlfriend Monday at an event for Speedo, one of Phelps' primary sponsors. Here's Michael with Megan Rossee at the event ... They didn't do much press, but Michael Phelps' girlfriend did say she's doing well so far handling the torrent of publicity after being identified. The 27-year-old has been linked to seemingly endless women in recent years, but has probably dated none of them seriously. Training and all. Now that he's won a record 22 Olympic medals and called it a career, perhaps that will change. Last night's public debut certainly suggests it. "Megan and Michael have been taking things slow leading up to the Olympics, but they are excited to spend more time together," says a source. "Megan is a beautiful person, inside and out."
