It sounded semi-believable as celebrity gossip stories go, given the time period and the people involved, but chalk this up to yet another hoax / hacking job:
Chris Federline never said he banged and impregnated Britney Spears.
According to The Smoking Gun, Kevin Federline's brother did NOT file any lawsuit against his former pop star sister-in-law, as was reported widely last week.
The whole story, in actuality, is a hoax perpetrated by an ex-convict who was recently busted for violating his probation on a conspiracy and wire fraud conviction.
Amazingly, the same clown filed a bogus lawsuit against Justin Bieber this year for stealing his credit card and using it to pay for a "penis enlargement."
Jonathan Lee Riches has also been tied to a hoax involving the CT shooting, though he was not behind the Newtown scam arrest made by the FBI earlier this week.
Why he had it out for Britney and Chris Federline, we have no idea. But it's good to know Spears never shagged K-Fed's own brother while they were married (probably).
Chris also claimed, as per the original story, that he was the father of Brit's oldest son Sean Preston. Looks like Kevin's still on the hook for that one.

The actress stepped out this week with musician Christopher French, with a source confirming to Us Weekly that the stars are an item.
"She likes those rocker types," the insider says of Tisdale. "They have mutual friends and just met through hanging out."

Sandy Hook Survivor Looking to Sue Connecticut Over Shooting >>Hollywood

A Connecticut attorney blames the state for the brutal massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School, and is looking to sue for $100 million on behalf of one of the survivors.
According to the Hartford Courant, Irving Pinsky filed legal documents with the Claims Commissioner, asking permission to sue the state on behalf of a 6-year-old student.
The Newtown, Conn., resident (only ID'd as "Jill Doe") was in another classroom at the time Adam Lanza open fire and suffered emotional and psychological trauma.
Pinsky believes that the December 14 shooting was foreseeable, claiming a "fellow like Adam Lanza would have been known as a potential problem to the police."
As a result, he wants permission to sue Connecticut for nine figures.
The state is immune from most lawsuits, which is why Pinsky must ask for permission to even file the suit; he could be allowed to and later lose the case itself.

Cynthia Jorge is not the new Tom Cruise girlfriend.
But the 26-year old restaurant manager would have considered going on more dates with the actor, a friend tells The New York Daily News, if not for the media maelstrom that has taken over her life.
"She is freaked out, just so freaked out right now. She wasn't looking for all this attention," the insider tells the newspaper, adding that Jorge has no idea how In Touch Weekly discovered she had drinks with Cruise:
"She's really upset. She says she did not leak the story and she's confused about how it came out."
Jorge recently dated a writer, with whom she split this summer, and also enjoyed a past fling with Seann William Scott of American Pie fame.
