Justin Bieber to Face FELONY Charges for Egg Tossing Incident? >>Hollywood

Los Angeles County Sheriff detectives reportedly have their sights set on Justin Bieber… and they are taking aim.

In the wake of Bieber allegedly throwing as many as 20 eggs at his neighbor's house (an incident that prompted a curse-filled confrontation, the audio from which is posted below) insiders tell TMZ that law enforcement officials are seeking to nail the singer with a FELONY.

In California, damage in excess of $400 qualifies a crime to be raised to this level; repair estimates from the homeowner are expected to come on Monday.

Considering the items that were hit with eggs - Venetian plaster, expensive doors - the bill may actually end up well into the five figures.

Seriously, homes in Calabasas aren't exactly cheap. It's where numerous celebrities, such as the Kardashians and Keyshawn Johnson, reside.

And because Bieber has run afoul of the law on so many occasions (driving recklessly, throwing loud parties, drinking underage), officials see this as a prime opportunity to set the star straight.

This is the first time in the past year or so since Justin fell off his respectable cliff that the Sheriff's department has real evidence against Bieber - and it plans to put it to very serious use.

The District Attorney will likely receive the case next week and will then decide whether to press charges.

"The tabloids don't really matter because 99.9 percent of what's printed is made up or not true," Kris tells The Huffington Post in the above interview. "So we don't pay attention to that."

Jennr says she gets it: headlines about her and her loved one "sell magazine and create attention on websites, so people are going to write whatever they want."

But the mainstream media puts her daughters on respectable magazines and the fans remain totally awesome.

"We have such amazing fans that really stand behind us, and love the show and love the girls, so I think that really helps when you're trying to work through a difficult situation," she says.

"You feel that support and that love, because we get so much. I think so many people refer to the tabloids or the negative stuff, but it's such a small, little nonsense compared to the big picture."

And in that big picture, Khloe Kardashian is going through a divorce from Lamar Odom.

"She's having a hard time," Jenner says of her child. "She's going through a very difficult time, but she's doing her best. And I think that you'll see that on the new season."

David Cassidy Arrested for Drunk Driving... AGAIN >>Hollywood

Forgive us for sounding like a broken record, but David Cassidy has been arrested for drunk driving.

This is the singer's THIRD such offense.

According to TMZ, Cassidy was pulled over after making an illegal right turn off a 405 freeway exit. When officers approached his car, they smelled alcohol on the artist breath.

He flunked a subsequent field sobriety test by blowing a .19, twice the legal limit in California.

The former Partridge Family star was also arrested for DUI in November 2010 and then again in August 2013.

Tori Spelling is trying to put on a happy face.

She's trying to go about life like usual, posing family Christmas videos and smiling in public.

But a friend confirms to People that Spelling is "more heartbroken than anyone" realizes over rumors that Dean McDermott has been cheating on her with Emily Goodhand.

"She's flipping out and is completely devastated," this source says of Spelling. "Remember early last year when the tabloids wrote something [about marriage troubles] and she blasted them on her website? Now she's not even doing that."

It's true. Tori said the rumors had scared her son.

Now? Spelling is yet to actually comment on this chatter.

Does this mean the marriage is over?

"I don't think she even knows what she's going to do right now," says the source.

The couple, of course, has four kids at home, ranging in age from 6 to just 15 months. Spelling is "staying strong" for her kids, the insider insists, and this will just make it more difficult to decide what to do overall.

"I don't know if she's strong enough to leave him right now with everything she's going through and four young kids," the pal says. "She could stay with him or not. God only knows."

Spelling and McDermott were spotted together in Los Angeles on Thursday and no one has spotted a moving van by their home or anything.

They star on a reality show together, so Tori's decision of whether or not to stay in her marriage could have a financial impact on some of a personal one.

Ke$ha's Mother Joins Daughter in Rehab >>Hollywood

Like daughter, sadly, like mother.

A week after Ke$ha checked into a rehab facility outside of Chicago to deal with an eating disorder, the singer's mother has gone ahead and followed suit.

Pebe Sebert tells People that she is entering the same program as her daughter, telling the magazine today: 

"I'm checking myself into Timberline Knolls today for post-traumatic stress disorder, at Ke$ha's urging."

Sebert has been vocal over the past few days about the role music producer Dr. Luke played in her daughter's struggles, dating back to when he referred to Ke$ha as a "refrigerator" on the set of a music video in 2011.

"This whole Dr. Luke thing has almost torn our family apart and taken over my life, and Ke$ha wants me to heal along with her," Sebert said in her statement.
