Kendall Jenner has released another revealing photo on Instagram.

This time, however, the 17-year old is not posing as a topless mermaid or nude with a weird headdress thing on her noggin.

Walmart Worker Fired For Helping Woman Fight Off Attacker in Parking Lot >>Hollywood

A former Walmart worker says the retail giant fired him for trying to help a woman from being attacked in the parking lot of a southeastern Michigan store.

Kristopher Oswald, 30, tells WXYZ-TV that the Hartland Township store managers gave him papers saying they were dismissing him for "policy violations."

Oswald says he was on break at 2:30 a.m. Sunday. He saw a man grabbing a woman and asked her if she needed help. The man began attacking him.

According to Oswald, he was able to get on top of the man, but two other men started attacking him. County sheriff's deputies arrived to halt the fight.

A spokeswoman for Bentonville, Ark. corporation said that while the management team understood Oswald's intentions, his actions violated company policy.

Walmart's reasoning on the papers states that "after a violation of company policy on his lunch break, it was determined to end his temporary assignment."

Oswald only began working for Walmart seven weeks ago and wouldn't have been considered a permanent hire until a 180-day probation period ended.

Oswald acknowledges that Walmart has policies against workplace violence to prevent employees from assaulting co-workers or tackling a shoplifter.

Yet he believes that given the circumstances - imminent danger and self-defense - he had no choice, and added, "I will always do the right thing."

When asked if he would take his job at Walmart back if it were offered to him, Oswald sighed, hesitated and then said that he wasn't sure about that.

A cameraman felt the wrath of Bruce Jenner the day after he and estranged wife Kris confirmed their separation.

Jenner cursed off a reporter who dared ask him about the situation during a round of golf.

But the new issue of In Touch Weekly claims that anger is nothing to what's awaiting Kris, as Bruce may be remaining jovial to the press… but he's seething inside.

"He despises Kris," a Kardashian insider tells the tabloid. "He wants to keep the peace for his kids' sake, but he's not going to put up with any more of Kris' antics or be humiliated any longer.

"He knows way too much - and it can all come back to bite her in the butt."

Cue scary music, folks!

Bruce posed for an Instagram photo with Kris and his sons Brody and Brandon soon after the split was announced.

And he's said on multiple occasions that he's doing well, no divorce is in the works, everyone is simply happier with this arrangement. But what if all that is a cover? What if he's just biding his time and has plans to eventually give an interview or pen a tell-all?

From actual person responsible for leaking the Kim Kardashian sex tape to any number of ways in which Kris has pressured and/or bullied her kids, it's easy to imagine the sort of bombshells Bruce could drop.

Boy Dresses Up For Halloween as Doctor Who Saved His Life >>Hollywood

A seven-year-old Seattle-area boy dressed up for Halloween as a different kind of superhero. He went as Dr. Jay Rubenstein, the doctor who saved his life.

Landon Browne turned up at Seattle Children's Hospital on Wednesday wearing a lab coat, stethoscope and surgical gloves to surprise Rubinstein.

"He worked on both my ears and he's a great surgeon," the little boy explained, saying that the doctor has helped give his life true meaning again.

Rubenstein performed two cochlear implant surgeries on Browne, and in turn the little boy has become an important part of the doctor's research.

"I'm pretty grateful to him for all the efforts he's made on our behalf, and for him to do this makes it clear that he feels the same way," Rubenstein said.

The surgeon wants to advance the way implant patients hear music. Implant patients often have trouble following melodies and deciphering changes in pitch.

Browne's dad is a musician and his mom, Alysia, is hopeful that one day, thanks to that research, her son will be able to hear music more clearly.

"I completely got goose bumps, because who would want their child to not experience the beauty of music," she said of her young son's operations.

Abandoned Pit Bull Rescued from Sewer in St. Louis >>Hollywood

We have another inspiring story of a pit bull who refused to give in to the abusive actions of its owner.

And the good folks who helped save him.

Earlier this month, we shared the tragic/happy tale of a dog who ran away from home and was taken in by an owner who did not return her due to clear signs of abuse. A handful of generous donations later and the canine was on a path to recovery.

Pitbull Gets Rescued from Sewer

Now we cut to St. Louis where a dog was abandoned by its owner and stuck in a sewer for four days.

After an animal control officer actually gave up when he failed to initially free the pet, neighbors gathered together and continued the fight on their own.

They enlisted the assistance of an organization known as Stray Rescue and slowly but surely coaxed the scared pit bull toward them.

"We were finally able... to get him to come out far enough to give him the little sleepy drugs and that's about it," said Donna Lochmann with Stray Rescue, explaining how they calmed the animal down and eventually, finally pulled him to safety after four subterranean days.

The pit bull is now recuperating at a local animal
