Lindsay Lohan has gone from being a colossial pain in the ass to sitting on her ass in order to avoid photos that depict her as a drunken mess.

Only she failed in that endeavor.

The actress - who was accused this week of stealing wardrobe items from the Anger Management set - was caught inside a Brazil nightclub yesterday, looking stone cold sober and totally put together.

NOT!

"In party in Sao Paulo, Lindsay Lohan refuses to take pictures and hides under the DJ table," wrote the Twitter user who snapped the picture above.

With a court-ordered 90-day rehab stint on the way, Lohan is trying to get in as much partying as possible over the coming weeks.

Man Tattoos Pitbull, Defends Actions as Dog Lover >>Hollywood

Ernesto Rodriguez has chosen an unusual way to show affection for his pitbull, Duchess.

The disabled Iraq war veteran posted a photo to Facebook this week of a tattoo on the canine's belly. It is a crest meant to signify its bloodline and it has drawn the ire of many animal lovers around the country.

"I love my dogs," Rodriguez told WXII12-TV in Winston-Salem, explaining that Duchess was asleep and sedated when inked.

"There's people out there saying that I'm cruel, that I hurt my dogs, that I don't love my dogs ... that I should be in jail. I paid a lot of money for my dogs and I take care of them."

Having been made aware of the incident, the Stokes County Health Department and Animal Control department visited the owner and did not file any charges.

"What a waste of tax payers money," Rodriguez wrote on Facebook in response to that visit. "So I'm still gonna tattoo my dogs whenever I del like it… good try, haters, thanks for all the advertisement."

And it could be worse, really. Rodriguez could have gotten himself a face tattoo after just one date.

Kwame Harris, Ex-NFL Player, Comes Out as Gay >>Hollywood

In an interview with CNN yesterday, former San Francisco 49ers and Oakland Raiders offensive tackle Kwame Harris came out as a homosexual.

Harris had been arrested in January for beating an ex-boyfriend and said he underwent significant stress and pressure, keeping his sexuality a secret during his playing days.

"You want to escape the despair and turmoil and your mind goes to dark places," Harris said of keeping his sexuality secret. "I'm happy today, and I'm glad they were just ideas and I didn't act on any of them.

"The cost was great not speak candidly open about myself in complete manner," Harris said. "If I could have done it differently, I would have hoped I found the strength [to come out]."

Harris played for the 49ers from 2003-2007.

The ongoing fight between Jim Carrey and gun rights advocates is heating up, as he released a statement today bashing Fox News.

Carrey posted a Funny or Die exclusive video called Cold Dead Hand, which poked fun at gun rights advocates, the NRA, and gun rights icon Charlton Heston.

The video enraged pro-gun people, and even prompted one eBay user to auction off a signed photo of Carrey in order to buy a gun.

The video also got the attention of Fox News, with host Greg Guttfeld calling Carrey "the most pathetic tool on the face of the earth"

Now, Carrey has lashed back at Fox News, releasing a statement referring to the network as "Fux News" and calling them "a media colostamy bag."

"Since I released my 'Cold Dead Hand' video on Funny or Die this week," Carrey states, "I have watched Fux News rant, rave, bare its fangs and viciously slander me because of my stand against large magazines and assault rifles."

A-Rod's Salary is Higher than the Entire Houston Astros Roster Combined! >>Hollywood

The Houston Astros will open the season this Sunday, making their first appearance as an American League team after switching from the National League during the offseason.

While the switch allows them an extra hitter in the form of a DH, nobody expects that to matter. Why? Because the Astros have the lowest salary in baseball.

Their salary is so low, in fact, that injured third baseman Alex Rodriguez is making more than the entire team in Houston! And he may not even see the field this year! Yikes!

A-Rod is the highest-payed player in the Majors, and he plays for the New York Yankees, who have had the biggest salary in baseball for fifteen years running!

In fact, the Yankees have four of the top six highest-payed players on their roster, with a projected total salary of $228 million, compared to the Astros' measly $25.

The Yankees tried to void A-Rod's contract of $29 million per year after he was under investigation for PED use. But that didn't happen, and now Rodriguez is on the disabled list while his hip surgery recovery will keep him out for at least half the season.

So the Yankees are paying almost 10 times more for their team than the Astros! Is this getting out of hand? Should Major League Baseball finally institute a salary cap?

Earlier today we reported that Lindsay Lohan was accused of stealing from the set of Anger Management. Now, she's claiming that she didn't steal, she bought!

Lindsay Lohan, who was apparently a nightmare to work with during her guest spot on Anger Management, walked off with clothing and jewelry from the wardrobe department.

Now the actress claims that she had made a deal to with the show's producers that she could take whatever she wanted, and they would just deduct it from her salary.

Even if that were true, what a strange deal. Where ever you go, you can just take stuff, and it'll get figured out later? If us 'normies' acted like that, the economy would crumble.

While Lohan told her friends that she did nothing wrong, sources from the show told TMZ that Lohan walked off with the goods before there was any discussion about it. The wardrobe person was put in an uncomfortable position, so just offered to deduct the items from Lohan's salary.
