Both celebrities are under investigations for recent actions related to their temper.
According to TMZ, Rob went off on a photographer yesterday after the woman snapped a picture of the reality star shirtless.
Kardashian allegedly responded by swiping the woman's equipment and making a run for it, prompting the paparazzo to file a robbery report.
The photo agency specifically says Kardashian took its employee's memory card and promised to return it at some point. Police are looking into the incident.
