Catelynn Lowell and stepbrother/fiance Tyler Baltierra of Teen Mom fame always seemed relatively stable, at least compared to some of their MTV co-stars.
Maybe not. They have signed up for VH1's Couples Therapy.
Cate and Ty famously put their daughter Carly up for adoption back in 2008, yet remained on Teen Mom ever since. They are set to get married this summer.
Or at least they were.

Rapper Chingy, Flavor Flav and Joe Francis have also joined the cast with their current significant others, so you know this is going to be a serious thing.
Hopefully they can work it out ... at least the couple recognizes that they have issues at all. You can't say the same for Jenelle Evans or
