Scott Disick Accused of Alligator MURDER! >>Hollywood

This is just not Scott Disick's week.

First, Michael Girgenti came out and claimed he may be the father of presumed son Mason because he totally boned Kourtney Kardashian about nine months before the child was born.

Now, following a hunting incident on last Sunday's episode of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, the reality star has been accused of.... MURDER!

Disick shot an alligator in the face on that install ment and, in response, a representative from the nonprofit organization International Reptile Rescue has spoken out on the incident.

"He didn't kill that alligator, he murdered that alligator," Mary Hart tells TMZ. "Fairness would be to cut both his thighs so he bleeds and then toss him in a gator pond with gators small enough to rip him apart slowly and painfully."

Jeez. How do you really feel, Mary Hart?!?

Disick legally hunted the alligator on the show, skinned it and later gutted it.
