Farrah Abraham to Steve Hirsch: Hands Off My Porno! >>Hollywood

Farrah Abraham is playing hard to get when it comes to selling the rights to her "sex tape," and isn't afraid to tell off the biggest name in the industry.

While Vivid Entertainment CEO Steve Hirsch has seen the tape, and met with her about it, Farrah says he does NOT own the rights yet, and best recognize.

Abraham's ruse to pass the porn video off as a sex tape blew up in her face when she and co-star James Deen were seen heading out of Vivid's offices.

Now she's furious with Hirsch, who wants that Farrah Abraham porn badly, but hasn't agreed to her asking price, said to be way more than it's worth.

But until he does, she says he can step off.

The Teen Mom star's lawyer sent a cease and desist letter to Vivid, establishing clear boundaries and acknowledging for the first time that the tape is hers.

The letter says, unequivocally, that "Ms. Abraham retains all ownership rights in this video and any unlawful conduct could infringe on those rights."

Basically ... don't even think of releasing the thing.

Abraham hilariously claimed earlier this week that the tape was for personal use, a tall tale no one believed and that James Deen himself contradicted.

In fact, the thing is actively being shopped to the adult film community; the only reason it hasn't come out yet is that she wants A LOT of money.

No one's met her in the middle yet, but at least three parties are interested:

• PornHub is negotiating for the rights with her, according to insiders
• BangYouLater already made her an offer for a smooth $100K
• Vivid still wants in,

Ashley Judd: Cast in Divergent! >>Hollywood

Ashley Judd has landed a mother of a role.

The actress - who will not be running for Kentucky Senate - has been cast in Divergent as Natalie Prior, the parent of Shailene Woodley's Tris.

Divergent will be released on March 21, 2014 and is based on Veronica Roth's dystopian bestseller.

Production got underway this week in Chicago, with Aaron Eckhart on board as Judd's fictional husband; Jai Courtney as Eric; and Kate Winslet as Jeanine Matthews.

Man Arrested By FBI For In-Flight Fondling of Sleeping Female Passenger >>Hollywood

We're sorry, ladies, if you never doze off on a flight again after this, but ...

The FBI arrested a man Friday afternoon for allegedly molesting a sleeping female passenger on an American Airlines flight from Miami to D.C.

Saurabh Agarwal, 39, was named in a felony complaint and charged with engaging in abusive sexual contact with the victim, identified by her initials, "R.C.L."

Agarwal, who was born in India and lives in Sterling, Va., is jailed in advance of a detention hearing this afternoon in U.S. District Court in Alexandria.

FBI Agent David Wiegand reported that the victim was seated next to Agarwal, and fell asleep only to wake up and find Agarwal "hugging her body."

With "his hand inside her bra, fondling her breasts," no less.

"Because of fear," however, the woman "pretended to be asleep" even as the accused kept "squeezing her body tighter" and "squeezed her nipple."

The woman, who was in the window seat, told federal investigators that she "did not show that she was awake due to being so scared of" Agarwal.

When a flight attendant approached with a beverage cart, Agarwal "moved off the victim," only to return to touching her just after the car rolled by.

Agarwal also "pressed his legs up against [R.C.L.]'s legs."

The woman then said she "needed to use the restroom, left her seat, and went to the back of the plane," where she told the crew what was going on.

A second woman, who was in the aisle seat next to Agarwal, told agents she observed him "hugging, smelling her, and putting his hand in her shirt."

The woman "assumed defendant and R.C.L. were traveling together," adding that even if that were true, she was "irritated by the defendant's behavior."

Kobe Bryant Achilles Injury Prompts Epic Facebook Rant >>Hollywood

For weeks, Kobe Bryant has been carrying the Los Angeles Laker and their playoff chances on his back.

But it was a different body party that felled the superstar last night, as Bryant likely tore his Achilles Tendon and is out for the rest of this season and at least half of next season.

Even the biggest Laker hater has to be shaking his or her head at the news. Who wants to see a legend go out in such a way?

But is Kobe done for good? The injury - and perhaps some pain medication - prompted Bryant to go on an EPIC Facebook rant this morning at 3:30.

It includes words of doubt, inspiration... and a warning to any bear looking for a fight. And it's worth just reading in its entirety below:

This is such BS! All the training and sacrifice just flew out the window with one step that I've done millions of times! The frustration is unbearable. The anger is rage. Why the hell did this happen ?!? Makes no damn sense. Now I'm supposed to come back from this and be the same player Or better at 35?!? How in the world am I supposed to do that??

I have NO CLUE. Do I have the consistent will to overcome this thing? Maybe I should break out the rocking chair and reminisce on the career that was. Maybe this is how my book ends. Maybe Father Time has defeated me...Then again maybe not! It's 3:30am, my foot feels like dead weight, my head is spinning from the pain meds and I'm wide awake. Forgive my Venting but what's the purpose of social media if I won't bring it to you Real No Image?? Feels good to vent, let it out. To feel as if THIS is the WORST thing EVER! Because After ALL the venting, a real perspective sets in. There are far greater issues/challenges in the world then a torn achilles. Stop feeling sorry for yourself, find the silver lining and get to work with the same belief, same drive and same conviction as ever.

One day, the beginning of a new career journey will commence. Today is NOT that day.

"If you see me in a fight with a bear, prey for the bear". Ive always loved that quote. Thats "mamba mentality" we don't quit, we don't cower, we don't run. We endure and conquer.

I know it's a long post but I'm Facebook Venting LOL. Maybe now I can actually get some sleep and be excited for surgery tomorrow. First step of a new challenge.

Guess I will be Coach Vino the rest of this season. I have faith in my teammates.

Justin Bieber has some advice to offer his fans.

Not about dating. And definitely not about driving. But about finances and how to avoid falling into a financial rut.

The singer has signed a deal with SpendSmart, the company behind a debit card for teenagers, and he's here to offer such sage words as:

"You know when I was a kid, we didn't have a lot of money, so me and my family had to watch the money that we spent. I learned if you have $100 or $100 million - if you spend more than you have, you're going to go broke."

How very true, people.

Look for Justin Bieber videos espousing this product to appear on the artist's YouTube page later this week.

Lindsay Lohan: No Adderall, No Rehab For Me! >>Hollywood

Lindsay Lohan is steadfast in her demand that Adderall be allowed in rehab. If the Seafield Center in the Hamptons tries to take away her meds ... she's out. 

The actress' dubious insistence on being permitted to bring in the meds, as reported by TMZ, may run counter to the facility's goals - and their rules.

Although they allow patients to take some drugs prescribed by a doctor, Seafield is highly suspicious of Adderall because it is so notoriously abused.

Lots of people say they take it for ADHD when they really just use it recreationally; Seafield prefers to treat ADHD with alternate, less addictive meds.

The extent to which she suffers from ADHD is unclear, but in any case, Lohan, a hardcore Adderall user for years, refuses to take an Adderall substitute.

She says Adderall is the only medication that "works" for her.

The long and short of it: Lindsay Lohan has said many times she's not going to stay anywhere that bans Adderall, so if that's Seafield, then peace out.

Which, subsequently, could put her already-tenuous plea deal in serious jeopardy as it would most likely trigger a probation violation. So it goes.

In the meantime, she's at Coachella ... probably on Adderall.
