Jon Gosselin pulled a gun on a photographer who followed him home in Pennsylvania on Friday and even fired a warning shot - by his own admission.
The crazy incident happened in Beckersville, Pa., when a photographer followed him from his job waiting tables to the log cabin where Jon lives.
The paparazzo admits that she followed Jon off the main roads and onto dirt roads, but assumed it was still a public road and not private property.
Not the case.
According to TMZ, she started taking photos of Jon Gosselin and he came at her, pulled a gun out of the back of his pants and yelled at her for trespassing.
He then fired off a warning shot.
The photographer peaced out immediately after that, but says Jon followed her until she got back on the main road. He declined to give chase further.
She went to the police station to file a report, but ultimately did not do so as she likely would have ended up charged with criminal trespass as a result.
Jon Gosselin later said he has no apology for firing the warning shot, saying he was within his legal rights to defend his private property from trespassers.
"I am licensed to carry a concealed handgun, which I withdrew," Jon says.
The reality star admits he used it "to fire a warning shot AWAY from the paparazzi. It is well within my rights under Pennsylvania law when someone is trespassing on private property."
Gosselin says he is certain police would back him up and would take his side on the issues of trespassing and a person's right to protect their property.

Under intense scrutiny for her conduct all summer on CBS, Big Brother 15 star Aaryn Gries is finally coming clean, admitting she talks like a racist.
STILL, she insists this doesn't make her one though.
The reality star tells TMZ she's made racial jokes for years, but had no idea they were offensive because "no one had expressed that I was taken that way."
So ... does that mean all her friends and family are also racist?
Aaryn apologized for throwing the whole state of Texas under the bus when Julie Chen grilled her after her eviction, saying she was in "defense mode."
Yet Gries, who was fired as a result of her actions and words on TV, says she WISHES SOMEONE HAD WARNED HER before going on Big Brother.

Save for the occasional Instagram post, Khloe Kardashian has scarcely said a word about Lamar Odom over the past several weeks.
While various sources saying Khloe is being pressured by Kris Jenner to divorce her troubled husband, the boldest move Kardashian has made to date is to drop "Odom" from an online profile.
But that may soon change.
"Khloe is planning on doing a very controlled 'tell-all' type interview with Ryan Seacrest," an insider tells OK! Weekly, adding that Khloe is under contract with E! and adding: "She trusts them and knows they are on her side and can sympathize with her."
They can also make plenty of money off the special.
When can we expect it to air? Likely never, considering this unreliable source. But the Khloe and Lamar marriage must be coming to a head at some point.

Six weeks prior to the premiere of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 4, E! News confirms that this controversial reality star has been given the boot from the Bravo franchise.
"Taylor is not returning as a Housewive," a source tells E!. "You'll see her here and there in a few scenes, but that will be the extent of her participation."
Armstrong has been a cast member since 2010, but found herself in the middle of major controversy two years ago after her estranged husband committed suicide… and yet Bravo forged ahead with new episodes, including this in which Russell Armstrong appeared.
Taylor is now engaged to John Bluher and wedding planning is taking up most of her time.

Jennette McCurdy and her family were hit with some tragic news today:
The actress' mother, Debra McCurdy, finally lost her battle with breast cancer and passed away.
Jennette, the star of Nickelodeon's Sam & Cat, was especially close to her mom and canceled a hosting gig in New York City after receiving the sad news.

Joy Covey Dies; Former Amazon CFO Was 50 >>Hollywood

Joy Covey, who helped take Amazon public and to new heights as the retailer's chief financial officer, died Wednesday when her bicycle collided with a van.
She was 50. San Francisco's KGO-TV reports:
"According to the California Highway Patrol, Covey was riding downhill on Skyline Boulevard [in San Mateo County] when she crashed into a Mazda minivan."
"The minivan, driven by a 22-year-old Fremont man, was heading uphill and made a left turn onto Elk Tree Road directly in front of Covey."
"Covey crashed into the right side of the van and was pronounced dead at the scene. CHP officials say the driver is cooperating with their investigation."
Covey, who graduated from college and passed her CPA exam at age 19, was ranked No. 28 on Fortune's Most Powerful Women in Business list.
After dropping out of high school because she was bored, Fortune wrote, Covey used her 173 IQ "to pass California's high school-equivalency exam."
After working at the accounting firm Arthur Young, she headed to Harvard to earn an MBA and a law degree. Eventually she linked up with Amazon.
In 1996, Fortune wrote, "following an interlude in Silicon Valley, Covey arrived in Seattle, pumped at the prospect of being a pioneer." Covey said:
"Amazon was then an unproven e-commerce curiosity. 'I thought, Wouldn't it be great to build one of those new business models like Microsoft or Intel or Dell?"
Covey was an unusually influential finance chief, working with Amazon founder Jeff Bezos to recruit management and steer the company into businesses far beyond books.
Says Bezos: "I can budget only four days a year to talk to investors, so Joy has been Amazon.com's primary contact with Wall Street. In the Internet space, that's really unusual."
"She's doing what a CEO would normally do.'"
Covey led Amazon's [1997] IPO, counseling impatient Wall Street analysts to expect more red ink before profitability. It didn't take long to right the ship.
By the time she retired in 2000, Covey's net worth was $200 million. Amazon now has 97,000 employees and a market capitalization of $142.6 billion.
The Times adds that "Amazon went public on May 14, 1997, with an initial public offering price of $18. Shares closed [Wednesday] at a record $312.06.
