From the looks of it, The Host is acted entirely in whispers. I was just waiting for someone in this trailer to yell "What!? I can't hear a word you're saying, speak up!"

Saoirse Ronan stars in this adaptation of the young adult novel from Stephenie Meyer. Meyer's mindblowingly successful Twilight Saga means that The Host has a lot to live up to.
From the looks of it, it's about teenage love in a supernatural context, so we're all squared away on the ingredients for a successful Young Adult franchise.
