Just a few days after Us Weekly reported that Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth were definitely over, the star stopped by Ryan Seacrest's radio show studio yesterday and flashed some serious bling in a photo later posted to Instagram.

The 20-year old was on hand to premiere her latest track, "
