Rihanna is known for being scandalous on Instagram.

But the superstar got all Scandalous on Instagram this week during a visit to The White House, making multiple references to the Kerry Washington-anchored hit on ABC via a couple pictures and captions.
"'CYRUS!!! LET ME IN!!' #DayAtTheWhiteHouse," Rihanna wrote along with one picture of her on the phone, while adding "Fitz, darling…" as a message that accompanied another.
And if you don't understand those references, we feel terrible for you. Go watch Scandal online and rectify the situation.
Washington, meanwhile, took note of the mentions and Tweeted at Rihanna in response.
"True #gladiators," the wrote, while bringing co-star Tony Goldwyn in on the action by writing with a smiley face: "Hey @tonygoldwyn FYI. #scandal."
Rihanna was in the nation's capital for a meeting with administration officials, speaking to staff members "regarding a few issues that are critical to our agenda for expanding opportunity, including the My Brother's Keeper initiative," according to political blog The Hill.
This initiative is described as an effort "to help more young men of color facing especially tough odds to stay on track and reach their full potential."
That doesn't sound scandalous at all.
