What resulted from these confrontations, and what else transpired last night?
When Vanderpump Rules Season 3 Episode 14 picked up where last week left off, dark secrets were exposed and tensions boiled over at work.
If you watch Vanderpump Rules online, you know that could be the synopsis of every single episode ever. But this one was particularly intense!
Lisa Vanderpump unceremoniously fired Kristen Doute, for reasons that don't even need to be spelled out if you know anything about Kristen Doute.
Having wreaked so much havoc that she'd become a total liability - even telling her boss to "suck a d--k" and "shut the f--k up" - Doute was done for.
Still, it was Kristen's inability to take responsibility for her actions that truly upset Vanderpump, who rules the roost and fired the meddling sociopath.
The rest of the staff was not exactly crushed; Jax Taylor said he thinks his now-former colleague should take advantage of this unique career opportunity.
By proceeding to cause drama at another restaurant. Natch.
Kristen's ex, Tom Sandoval, and his new girlfriend, Ariana Madix, were dancing with joy, and even the cooks in the kitchen hilariously high-fived.
Tom and Ariana, it should be noted, seem to have moved on from the Annemarie Kunkel drama, so it looks like Kristen failed to break them up.
Now both of Tom's nemeses are gone ... but for how long?
Of course, this being Vanderpump Rules, and Lisa being Lisa, we're not convinced that the desperate, unstable Kristen Doute is totally banished forever.
Girl serves up the drama as well as cocktails, after all.
Meanwhile, Jax obviously let Kristen go through his phone, at which point it was revealed that Tom Schwartz did, in fact, cheat on Katie Maloney.
TWICE. He was forced to admit this to his longtime girlfriend ... while they were out to dinner with Scheana Marie, Mike Shay, and Tom Sandoval.
Not only that, he didn't even seem all that upset about it.
He even joked, in reference to his girlfriend's past transgressions, about Katie Maloney motorboating a d--k at one point. It was a little strange.
Tom told Katie he'd make it up to her, but his conversation with Jax implied that perhaps there's more to this incident than she even knows.
