And Miley also went on an Instagram run a few months ago that involved placing her superimposed baby face over her adult, gyrating, crotch-grabbing body.
It's apparent Miley doesn't take take all this social media stuff very seriously. She doesn't want anyone to be in pain when checking out her account.
"You know what hurts your brain? Googling yourself," she told Australia's Sunday Night last year. "You know what hurts your brain? Instagram. You know what hurts your brain? Reading comments on Facebook."
