Monday's Dancing with the Stars results didn't just extend Chris Soules' time in the ballroom, it kept his engagement to Whitney Bischoff going for another week!
Or so this latest celebrity gossip report would have us believe ...
While it looked like Chris' stint on DWTS would be short-lived at the start, he and Witney Carson have put together a string of strong efforts in a row.
That's been enough to outlast Suzanne Somers and Patti LaBelle, but he'll have a much harder time besting the likes of Rumer Willis and Nastia Luikin.
His dancing is not horrible, but that will only get you so far, and soon enough, he should be sent packing and sent home along with Whitney Bischoff.
Will that inevitability mark the end of their showmance, though?
According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Soules' fiancee is desperate for a wedding and babies, while he is desperate to stay in the limelight however he can.
In Bischoff's ideal world, she and Chris are moving to Iowa and getting married in a "farm wedding" the minute his stint on the ABC show is complete.
But, CDL insiders say that Soules has very different plans.
As soon as he gets the boot from the TV show, where he's still drawing on his Bachelor buzz to garner votes, he'll be giving Whit the boot. Supposedly.
