When it came out that Jarrett Stoll is dating Erin Andrews, he was called the "luckiest man on Earth."
However, his luck ran out with his recent arrest.
Jarrett Stoll, the Los Angeles Kings forward, was allegedly in possession of 3.3 grams of cocaine and 8.1 grams of ecstasy when he was arrested at the West Republic pool at the MGM Grand.
According to the Los Angeles Times, the Clark County district attorney has not filed criminal charges against him.
The Times also reported that Stoll has a pending felony court return date on July 1. The district attorney has to yet to determine if the case will proceed.
Allegedly, Stoll tried to conceal the drugs in his shorts while entering a security check point.
A sign clearly stated that people will be patted down on the way inside, but Stoll thought he was slick and took his chances.
Upon patting him down, a Wet Republic security guard found a pink bag with white powder and numerous "gel-caps." The gel-caps contained an off-white powder consistent with the drug Molly.
Stoll made things easy by being honest. When asked if the powder was coke, he simply said, "Yes."
He was later released on $5,000 bond.
According to The Times, Stoll is represented by high-power attorney David Chesnoff. This may indicate that he will get typical celebrity treatment in the legal system.
