2 Chainz Calls Woman "THOT," Gets Sued For $5 Million: Watch the Video! Jul 8th 2015, 16:25, by Tyler Johnson Generally, when 2 Chainz drops his onstage persona, he proves to be more insightful and articulate than fans who only know him through his music might expect. See the now-famous "2 Chainz destroying Nancy Grace on her own show" video for evidence of this phenomenon. Unfortunately, Mr. Chainz is only human, and oftentimes, celebrities' most ill-considered comments are caught on tape. Just as often, those same celebs are forced to pay a hefty price for their moments of foolishness. Take for example, the above video (posted back in March) in which 2 Chainz refers to a random woman as a "THOT" ("that hoe over there," for the uninitiated). The woman, Charlotte native Christine Chisolm, says the video (which has received more than 10 million views on YouTube) caused her to lose her job at a local barbershop due to negative publicity. She's now suing 2 Chainz for $5 million in damages. Yikes. Well, he may have been out of line in referring to a woman he doesn't even know in such derogatory terms, but at least we can all agree that the video of a baby rocking out to 2 Chainz is still awesome.
