NCIS Season 13 Promo: Time to Dance? Aug 26th 2015, 11:17, by Hilton Hater Jon Cryer is going from making viewers laugh on Two and a Half Men to picking up a scalpel and hoping to save the life of one man on NCIS. Yes, this is a long-winded way of saying the actor will guest star on the NCIS Season 13 premiere. He'll come on board as a doctor tasked with saving the life of main character Gibbs, who was shot by a child in the shocking Season 12 finale. “He goes through a really traumatic experience, that kind that changes someone,” executive producer Gary Glasberg says of what lies ahead for Giibs. “Really, the whole first half of the [premiere] is this emotional roller coaster ride of Gibbs’ surgery."
