Miley Cyrus Flips Double Bird in New Twit Pic Jun 27th 2013, 18:48 Earlier this week, Miley Cyrus sent a message to haters with two words: I win. And last night the singer delivered another missive to her critics, but this time she let her fingers do the talking. Two of them. Both middle, both raised with a distinct purpose: Who, exactly, is Cyrus flipping off? Anyone that doubted she could top Justin Bieber in most video hits, we presume, which Miley accomplished last week on VEVO for "We Can't Stop." She's appeared on Good Morning America and Jimmy Kimmel Live, performing singles on both occasions. And she's also used Twitter to create controversy via a different photo, threatening her father with the story behind this mystery woman... before quickly deleting the message and taunt. Your child tried to tell you, Billy Ray. She cannot be tamed.
