"I don't really even know where to start with this one," Chris Soules, The Bachelor himself, writes in his weekly blog discussing last night's episode.
That sums it up perfectly right there. He doesn't even have to go on.
He does, of course, delve into the drama-filled installment, which was jam-packed with awkward moments not even The Bachelor spoilers saw coming ...
"I had no clue what was happening with Kelsey when she was having her 'episode,'" Chris Soules writes of The Bachelor Season 19 Episode 6.
"It wasn't until someone told me that Kelsey was asking for me that I had any inkling something was going on. When I saw her sitting on the floor, I was so worried."
"I felt terrible that something I said had made her panic. I didn't realize that telling the other girls about our chat would have that kind of effect on her."
"The only reason I said anything was because I was feeling emotional, and I felt it was only fair for them to know where my head was," Chris adds.
"I also didn't cancel the party just because of that."
"I canceled the party because I knew who I was going to say goodbye to, and not only did I not want to waste anyone's time, but I also just couldn't pretend."
"I couldn't look those women in the face at the cocktail party and act like I was still making up my mind. There's been a lot said about Kelsey this week."
"I know a lot of you are questioning why I kept her around. What you have to understand is, to me Kelsey seemed like a kind, sweet person with a very sad past."
"I didn't feel like I was being manipulated to feel sorry for her, and I was glad when she opened up ... I will admit, though, that her fainting spell did feel a little off."
"It's hard to explain, but the timing did seem strange," he concedes. "However, that wasn't enough of a reason for me to say goodbye to her that night."
As for the two-on-one date from hell that followed?
"I was not particularly excited for it. In fact, I dreaded it. But it's just part of this whole deal. I thought long and hard about who to take on this date."
"I wanted it to be girls I was still unsure about."

"What some of you might not know is that the ride was two hours," he says of the helicopter ride, which he calls one of the worst times he's ever had.
"TWO HOURS. Do you know how long two hours is when you're stuck in a hot chopper with two women who really really, really don't like each other?"
"I spent the majority of the time not looking at, or touching, either of the girls in order to ensure the safety of all who were aboard this steamy chopper full of hate."
"I know most every man in America thinks he would love to be the Bachelor. Well, I got news for all of you Bachelor hopefuls out there: It ain't easy."
If you watch The Bachelor online this week, you know he ain't kidding. What transpired next in the Badlands put all the chopper tension to shame.
"The reason I spoke to Kelsey about what Ashley said is because I felt that she deserved the opportunity to defend herself, and I wanted to hear her out," he says.
"Honestly, there was just something about the way Kelsey was talking that made me feel she was being insincere. Her responses seemed almost calculated."
"Now, with regard to Ashley, getting to spend more time with her that day answered the questions I had about our future," Soules says of cutting her loose.
"I want to reiterate that it had NOTHING to do with her telling me about Kelsey, but I feel she was just not ready for the kind of commitment I'm ready for."
"I just couldn't imagine her being happy in my world. When she threw out Britt's name and asked if I thought she was ready for [the farm], that completely caught me off guard."
"It definitely planted seeds that came back to haunt me the next week."
In any case, he reiterates, "I didn't end things with Kelsey because of what Ashley told me. It certainly reinforced what I was already feeling, but I had mixed emotions."
"All I can say is, even though that day was extremely hard, the helicopter ride home was much less uncomfortable than the one on the way there."
"Next week, things get even more intense - if that's even possible."
We don't know that it is ... but this is The Bachelor. There's always a new Kelsey Poe waiting in the wings, waiting to come out of the crazy woodwork.
Brad Womack, in the first of his two stints as The Bachelor, takes the cake by not choosing to propose to, or even continue a relationship with, either of his final two women, Jenni Croft or DeAnna Pappas (pictured).
In his second stint as The Bachelor, Brad Womack was briefly engaged to Emily Maynard. That ended pretty quickly, as she was single again in a couple of months.
Jesse Palmer, former NFL quarterback and current sports TV analyst, did not propose to Jessica Bowlin. They continued to date but broke up just weeks later.
Bob Guiney did not propose to Estella Gardinier, but gave her a promise ring indicating that they would still date รข€¦ for like a month it turned out.
The first-ever Bachelor, Alex Michel did not propose to Amanda Marsh, but instead they entered into a relationship which ended after a few months. His runner-up Trista Rehn was featured on the first season of The Bachelorette, where she met, then married, Ryan Sutter.
Lorenzo Borghese did not propose to Jennifer Wilson, and it's a good thing too, because their short-lived relationship ended in January 2007, just a month or two after his season finale.
Andrew Firestone got engaged to Jen Schefft, but it lasted only a couple of months. She went on to star as The Bachelorette, where her breakup came even faster.
Jake Pavelka chose Vienna Girardi with his final rose on The Bachelor. By the time The Bachelorette aired a few months later, the two had broken up in epic fashion ... and this interview with Chris Harrison shows you why.
Tessa Horst and Andy Baldwin called off their engagement one month after the finale, but continued their relationship for a few more months before breaking up for good.
Nikki Ferrell somehow stuck it out with Juan Pablo Galavis for over six months, despite him not proposing or telling her he loved her or showing any redeeming qualities whatsoever quite frankly.
Charlie O'Connell chose Sarah Brice, but did not propose. They began dating, but broke up in September 2007 ... then got back together in 2008 before splitting for good in 2010. So this was moderately successful by the show's low standards.
Ben Flajnik and Courtney Robertson originally broke up in February 2012 while their season was airing. However, they were later reconciled and got engaged for the second time, but broke up again in October 2012 for good.
Byron Velvick and Mary Delgado were together for five years, but never married ... and were involved in some domestic altercations that somewhat marred what could have been a fairy tale success story.
Sean Lowe, who wooed Emily Maynard on The Bachelorette and was heartbroken to be let go, went on to marry Catherine Giudici a year after meeting her on The Bachelor. The two just celebrated their one-year anniversary!
Technically, Jason Mesnick and his final rose recipient, Melissa Rycroft, broke off their engagement almost immediately, but because he got back with runner-up Molly Malaney in his now-infamous After the Final Rose switch-up, and has been with her ever since, we're giving him the benefit of the doubt. Jason and Molly have been happily married for years and have a daughter together!
The End.
