So of course it was only a matter of time before Farrah Abraham got on board and began not only squishing her internal organs into a more appealing shape, but also encouraging her millions of social media followers to do the same.
Farrah posted the above pic to Twitter yesterday and not only is she extolling the virtues of squeezing yourself into a corset that would make Scarlett O'Hara wince, she's also cashing in by offering her fans a deal on their own intestine-sculpting torture devices.
Yes, Farrah is shilling for something called Little Tiny Waist, which would also be an accurate description of her life with just a couple minor spelling changes.
Farrah is newly single these days after breaking up with Simon Saran, so maybe she figured giving herself amateur lap-band surgery would be a good way to jump back into the dating scene.
That's fine. We just wish she'd stop encouraging her young fans to follow in her footsteps. It's bad enough Farrah has talked about her daughter making a sex tape. Can she stop encouraging other people's kids to make dumb decisions, too?
