Florida Man Dances to Hall & Oates on Top of Cop Car, Shockingly Gets Arrested Jun 5th 2015, 16:13, by Tyler Johnson Ah, Florida. Were it not for the fact that the Sunshine State is a more constant source of bizarre amusement than a Ripley's museum, we might encourage Jeb Bush and Pitbull to spearhead a secession movement. But like it or not, Florida is part of America, as evidenced by Christian Radecki, a civilly disobedient patriot who's both 100% American and 1000% pure, uncut Florida. In the clip above, Radecki climbs on top of a sheriff deputy's SUV and proceeds to have a one-man dance party to the rhythms of Hall & Oates' "Rich Girl" and Supertramp's "Goodbye Stranger." When the tunes stop (LAME!) Radecki rips off the sheriff's windshield wipers, steals a neighbor's American flag and proceeds to march around the officer's lawn. Not surprisingly, Radecki got arrested and is currently awaiting trial. He did minimal damage so he'll probably get off with a fairly light sentence, but then again, this is the same state that might give a couple 15 years for having sex on a beach.
