Crow Takes Patriotic Ride Atop Eagle: See the Footage! Jul 3rd 2015, 10:13, by Hilton Hater On this July Fourth weekend, at least one animal out there is in a patriotic mood. Amateur photographer Phoo Chan went viral this week after snapping a set of unbelievable photographs and capturing a crow hopping on the back of an eagle in order to fly through the air with the greatest of ease. "At first I thought the crow was going to chase away the eagle," Chan says. "I was completely awed to see the crow actually land on the back of the eagle." The images are reminiscent of the time that weasel hitched a ride on the back of a woodpecker. Bald Eagles aren't typically known for their friendly demeanor, but it's nice to see America's national animal looking more than pleased to give his friend a lift.
