Halle Berry received bad news in her personal life today: a judge ruled that she cannot move to France with four-year old daughter Nahla.
The actress had been locked in a long-term struggle with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry over her authority to make such a decision, with the Canadian model even arguing at one point that the move would endanger Berry's life.
