2 Guns Takes No Prisoners in Weekend Box Office Win Aug 5th 2013, 12:24, by Amanda Denton When looking at the 2 Guns reviews, one might be a little surprised at how well the Mark Wahlberg/Denzel Washington team performed at the box office. Then you read the The Smurfs 2 reviews and realize there wasn't much competition this weekend. The Smurfs 2 did so poorly in fact, it only averaged $400 per theater more in its first weekend than The Conjuring did in its fourth. The Wolverine took a nearly 60% nosedive in its second weekend at the box office and still beat out the animated sequel.
