Utah teacher Brianne Altice is facing more felony charges after one of her former students revealed the two had sex ... AFTER her arrest for rape in 2013.
Initially, Brianne Altice was arrested in October of that year when a 16-year-old boy told police they had multiple sexual encounters, media reports indicate.
She was accused of raping a second student last year - one who described Altice as a "teacher with benefits" - and said he had sex with Altice.
Altice, 35, was then accused of raping a third boy, according to Reuters.
Altogether, she faced five counts of first degree rape, two counts of first-degree forcible sodomy and three counts of second-degree forcible sexual abuse.
All were felonies ... and none were related to this month's arrest!
Last Wednesday, she was arrested again after one of the boys from the first case accused her of having sex with him ... after her arrest for having sex with him.
She also allegedly sent him "a text message with a photograph of her bare breasts," according to court documents obtained by the Deseret News.
Altice was charged with an additional three counts of illegal sexual activity and one count of dealing in harmful material to a minor, according to reports.
Prosecutors have filed it as a separate case because the activity allegedly happened after Altice, who was fired last year, was no longer a teacher.
For her part, Altice has denied ALL of the sexual encounters.
"It is her defense that they did not happen at all," her attorney, Edward Brass, said. "That she never engaged in any inappropriate contact with either of her students."
That quote preceded the additional charges, however.
Prosecutors say that Altice admitted to having sex with the 16-year-old boy twice, though her counsel says the confession was made under duress.
