The ladies road tripped it up to Santa Barbara on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 5 Episode 10, but their spa retreat was anything but relaxing.

As The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 5 Episode 10 began, Kyle Richards organized a spa day full of fun and pampering for the ladies.
If there's anyone who needs pampering, it's these women, living the hard lives they do. Even here they couldn't escape true hardships, it appeared.
Kyle assumed there would be lunch and some wine tasting, but only ended up with wine and some side grapes and walnuts, not so much lunch.
Lamesauce. But we kid.
Kim Richards, who as you know if you watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills online has battled addiction problems, was everyone's primary worry.
She looks great these days, and was happy with mango juice in lieu of wine, but given her troubled history, it's hard not to worry about Richards.
Later, Eileen Davidson had a poker night at her house, attended by Kyle with Brandi Glanville and Lisa Rinna with Kim. Both Lisas were unavailable.
En route to the party, Rinna was concerned that Richards might have fallen off the wagon, as she seemed a bit off, but Kim said she was still sober.
Things got more awkward after Kim said Monty, her ex-husband who is battling cancer and living with her, hasn't been around, so she's kind of upset.
Then Kim snapped "Don't f--king feel sorry for me, bitch" when Lisa Rinna attempted to ... well, feel sorry for her. This was all a little out of nowhere.
Fittingly, considering that Kim Richards was cast on Revenge, the two started talking about getting back into acting, and Lisa says she's good at it.
So much so that she can't tell if she's being messed with or not by her fellow cast member, and is constantly on edge. Or is that just Kim in real life?
This was before we even got to the poker table, too. Brandi Glanville started dropping f-bombs and Kim's mood started to worry her sister as well.
Kyle stepped out. Kim followed.

"I don't drink, I don't smoke, I don't do drugs...I have nothing to hide," Kim told her sister, who didn't believe her, after which Kim dropped this bomb:
"I'm 100 percent in pain. Before I left the house, Monty gave me something... for the pain, that the doctor gave me, and I took it and that's it," Kim said.
Kyle was stunned, and that's not all:
After Brandi was trying to help Kim leave before things got out of hand, Kyle tried to talk to her. Brandi got in the way, and that's when it got physical.
Shoves and words were exchanged, some pizza went airborne and we are left wondering what took these crazy ladies so long to throw down again.
