Yesterday was Mother's Day, and while most of us took time out to express gratitude to our moms or the mom-like figures in our lives, Kylie and Kendall Jenner decided to take the opportunity to give props to their entire except for their actual biological mother.
First, Kylie's Mother's Day tribute to Khloe Kardashian reminded us how crappy Hallmarks cards look even crappier by comparison.
Now, we're finding out that Kylie and Kendall (allegedly) owned Mother's Day by ditching Kris Jenner in order to spend time with Papa Bruce.
As you've probably heard, Bruce Jenner is undergoing a sex change, but he stated in his Diane Sawyer interview that he still prefers that his children think of him and address him as "Dad."
So there was no real reason for Kylie and Kendall to ditch Kris yesterday, other than the fact that they're clearly becoming more awesome with age.
"Kylie and Kendall wanted to be with Bruce on Mother's Day instead of spending the day with Kris," a source tells Radar Online.
And who could blame them? Not only is Bruce not quite as much a fame-hungry manipulator as Kris, he's also way more popular at the moment.
Hey, Kris is the one who created the high school cafeteria-like atmosphere within her own family, and now she's paying the price.
In a way, her daughters offered her the most special Mother's Day gift imaginable by showing her that they can be every bit as callous and calculating way as she is. In another way, they just totally ditched her.
